THE PROGRAM

In this polical moment, it’s essential that we as young organizers, of all races, incomes, and zip codes, are equipped with a community of support, skills and knowledge to continue fighting for our freedoms, families, and futures.

There are dozens of young people in Blue Future’s network who want to find more purpose in their life. They want to stay connected to the fight for change.

To seize this opportunity, Blue Future will establish the Youth Leadership Partners Program (YLPP) that fosters a culture of trusting relationships, organizing skills, program implementation, and leadership coaching.

The Youth Leadership Partners Program (YLPP) achieves the following:

  • Expands Blue Future’s capacity to implement youth organizing programs
  • Deepens Blue Future’s commitment to youth leadership development by providing a new opportunity for Blue Future alumni to develop their practice of leadership.
  • Connects strategic priorities of organizer training + election work, leadership coaching, and alumni engagement.
