What is Fiscal Sponsorship? Fiscal sponsorship is a relationship between a project or early-stage organization that could benefit from the financial and legal infrastructure of a more established organization. By partnering with Blue Future, your project can access the benefits of our non-profit status, including tax-deductible donations, grant eligibility, financial management expertise, and hands-on leadership coaching.
Benefits of Fiscal Sponsorship
All the Tax Statuses: Blue Future has a 501c3, 501c4, 527 Hybrid PAC, and an S-Corp. This allows us to fiscally sponsor any type of project.
Financial Management: We handle all financial tasks such as accounting and compliance reporting, freeing you to focus on your project’s mission.

APPLYING
How Does Fiscal Sponsorship Work
1. Application and Approval: Submit an application to Blue Future’s Fiscal Sponsorship program, including a detailed project proposal and budget.
2. Partnership Agreement: Once approved, sign a partnership agreement outlining the terms of our fiscal sponsorship relationship.
3. Financial Management: Blue Future will manage your project’s finances, providing regular financial reports and ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
4. Grant Writing and Fundraising: Our staff will work with you to identify funding opportunities and develop grant proposals.
Fiscal Sponsorship Fee Structure
We believe in transparency and simplicity when it comes to our fees. Our fee covers the cost of hands on leadership development support, fundraising coaching, and all legal, accounting, and compliance costs.
Our fiscal sponsorship fee is 6% of every dollar raised by your project, ensuring that the majority of funds go directly towards supporting your mission.
For example: If your project raises $100,000, Blue Future’s fee would be $6,000 (6% of $100,000), leaving $94,000 for your project.
